Ganesh Ramakrishnan was appointed ManpowerGroup’s Chief Technology Officer in January 2015 and Chief Technology and Transformation Officer in February 2025. With his vast experience across multiple geographies and collaborative mindset, Ganesh leads the execution and evolution of ManpowerGroup’s technology roadmap.
Prior to ManpowerGroup, Ganesh served at Citigroup as Managing Director, Head of Business Programs and Decision Management for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Consumer business segment. During his tenure, he led the customer analytics practice in EMEA, setting up a center of excellence in Warsaw, and managed several complex IT operations such as application development, infrastructure management, security and governance. Ganesh’s experience includes establishing and running shared services organizations in emerging markets and multi-geography software assurance teams.
Ganesh is a British citizen with a Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management. He is also a published author and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities, including London Business School.
